GRASSROOTS PROGRAM

Registration is now open for the 2026-27 season

The Hilton Heat Grassroots Program is a recreational soccer program for young players, designed to be fun, active, and welcoming. It introduces kids to the basics of soccer while keeping the focus on movement, play, and enjoyment.

The program is led by Ryan Borcyk, Hilton Heat’s Technical Director, and supported by parent volunteers who coach within the club.


Young players will develop:

  • Confidence with the ball
  • Basic understanding of how soccer is played
  • Social interaction and teamwork
  • A positive first experience with the game

What to Expect

  • Fun, age-appropriate soccer activities
  • Lots of movement, running, and play
  • Introduction to basic soccer skills and teamwork
  • A positive, low-pressure environment

2026-27 Registration Options

Grassroots Academy - $400/Season

Every Grassroots session this year, plus Academy-only Wednesdays at Parma Park, 26 indoor Sundays at Glacier Ridge, and footskills every other Thursday. Led by UEFA A licensed Technical Director Ryan Borcyk. Ages 4 to 8.

5-Week Block - Session 1 - $60

A single 5-week outdoor block at Parma Town Park: Mondays Sept 14, 21, 28, Oct 5 & 12 (Oct 19 is the rain/makeup date) from 5:30 - 6:45 PM. Ages 4-8.
