2024 Westside Invitational Tournament - Presented by Hilton Heat Soccer Club
June 7, 8 & 9
Tournament games will be played at Parma Town Park and Grace & Truth Sports Park.
Registration Fees:
U9-U10 team registration $425
U11-U12 team registration $500
U13-U19 team registration $550

Payments must be received by April 30th to guarantee a spot. We expect many divisions to fill up quickly again this year.
Team Registration Documents: - REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!
Each team is required to register prior to the start of their first game.
Along with the attached documents below, each team is required to provide a copy of a US Youth Soccer Certified Roster (with player names, birth dates and jersey numbers). Please upload player passes and risk management passes into the registration for the tournament through GotSport. Please make sure your passes are readily available if needed during the tournament.

Team Medical Release - If your team or club does not have a medical.liability form, you can use the USYS one found HERE We are not asking for a form for each kid, we ask that you have them available to you during the tournament. We just need to Team Medical Release form acknowledging that.
If using a guest player, please upload a Guest Player Form on the GotSport Registration
Registration documents must be submitted to the registration committee prior to the first game. Registration online this year. Please upload your documents using your GotSport login for your team.
