Hilton Heat Soccer Training is led by Director of Coaching and Player Development, Nino Pilato and Technical Director, Ryan Borcyk.

Coach Nino Pilato

Coach Pilato has been the Director of Player Development for the Hilton Heat Soccer Club since 2015.  He is also the head coach of 2 Premier Club level teams.  He has over 20 years experience coaching at the high school and club levels.  Having spent 17 years at Greece Odyssey as the Girls Varsity Soccer coach, he is now entering his 5th year as the head coach at McQuaid Jesuit High School. Over the past 20 seasons at Odyssey and McQ his teams have won 10 Section V titles and 2 NY State Championship in 2012 and 2017. His dedication to his player’s overall development has been rewarded by being selected as coach of the year in Monroe County 6 times, Section V Class AA, and Class B 7 times, Section V All-Greater Rochester Coach of the Year in 2005, 2012, 2017 and All Region Coach of the Year in 2012 and 2017.  His McQ team was ranked #2 in the country in 2017. 

Coach Ryan Borcyk

Coach Borcyk has been the Director of Technical Training since 2018. Besides coaching and directing at Hilton Heat, Ryan also coaches at the Rochester Rhinos Academy. St Kitts and the Nevis youth national team coach. Ryan's accredications include an advanced national diploma, director of coaching diploma,  and a concacaf d license. Before coaching, Ryan's soccer career began locally playing at Greece Arcadia High School before moving on to Niagara University.  Ryan's post college career included playing for Caribbean Star Conaree FC, Baton Rouge Capitals of US.  Coach Borcyk also had three international appearances with St Kitts in the Caribbean Cup. Outside of soccer Ryan is a member of USA national karate team 1998-2001 and is currrently General Secretary of St Kitts and Nevis Karate Federation.
